The 20 Minute Aikido Practice
With work and family, Aikido sometimes is not a priority when it comes to daily life. This 20 Minute Aikido Morning Practice is my morning routine or when I have a spare 20 mins to do Aikido.
When I have time usually on Sundays and there’s no class (Keiko) at our dojo I go to Narrabeen Beach (or where ever I am) and do Aikido.
So make time. Perhaps even wake up early and do Aikido before you start your busy day.

0:20 Start the rhythmic breathing and purify your aura (misogi)
0:41 Relax, get limber. Stretch your neck, shoulders, and straighten your back
0:44 ‘Mokuso’ clasp your hands
0:50 Take five deep breaths. Breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth
1:18 Close your eyes and focus on your breath
9:20 Gently let your thoughts come back to your body
