The 20 Minute Aikido Practice

With work and family, Aikido sometimes is not a priority when it comes to daily life. This 20 Minute Aikido Morning Practice is my morning routine or when I have a spare 20 mins to do Aikido.

When I have time usually on Sundays and there’s no class (Keiko) at our dojo I go to Narrabeen Beach (or where ever I am) and do Aikido.

So make time. Perhaps even wake up early and do Aikido before you start your busy day.

I made this video to share with you to guide you and you too can do good Aikido every day for only 20 mins. I hope this training video helps your Aikido. Subscribe to our YouTube Channel. Turn on the notification so you won’t miss our Good Aikido videos.
